Courses and Retreats 2009
This is a special edition of The Ishaya Foundation Newsletter. We have added new types of courses and made some changes in our existing courses that we would like to share with you all.

In order to help us in scheduling, some courses will have registration deadlines posted.
This easy process is explained in detail following the course descriptions below.
(New)
Advanced weekend is a new two day course. Saturday is Ascending from 10am-4pm followed by a potluck and then at 7pm, an advanced meeting. Sunday is Ascending from10am-4pm and the day ends with a meeting until 5pm. Bring light snacks for Sunday. Optional lodging may be available for some advanced weekends, otherwise this course is daytimes only.
During this course, participants have an opportunity to experience longer periods of ascending in a group. Discussion periods, with teachers, cover advanced topics and questions about one’s practice.

Retreats may vary in length and they are in a variety of locations around the world. These are a giant step forward in evolution because of the long hours spent in closed eyed ascending. One of the fastest ways to expand consciousness is to spend time exploring it. Attendees gather with teachers each evening for questions on advanced Ascension topics while enabling one to anchor Ascension into their life.
The cost for a retreat is $125 USD per day. This includes the food and lodging.

Intensive is a minimum of 10 days and they are currently held in Oregon USA. This course is recommended for the serious student. Its advanced environment is created to simulate aspects of the teacher training program and encourages one to study the inner Self deeply. With higher guidance, participants can recognize and even greater level of commitment in themselves.
An intensive is required to attend Teacher Training.
The cost for the intensive is $125 USD per day and this includes food and lodging, as well as transportation to and from the Portland, Oregon airport.
Teacher Training 2009-2010
Teacher training for 2009-2010 will be held October 1st, 2009 through April 1st, 2010. The full fee for the course is $14,800. A $2,200 non-refundable deposit holds your space for this course. Space is limited and will be reserved in the order deposits are received.
This course is created for those ready to live from the highest level of commitment, ready to fully master the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas.
A ten day intensive in Oregon is required to participate in the Teacher Training.
Additional attitudes are not included in the above course fees.

Beginning from any screen on our website, go to the Course Dropdown menu (or the Retreat Dropdown menu) to Choose Course (or Retreat) Registration. This lists the three options. Choose only one.
- Online Form Submission. If you select this option, fill out the form and submit. If you are auditing, that completes the registration. If this is for a retreat, a teacher will call you back for your deposit.
- Credit Card Submission: This option takes you to the Course Schedule Page or Retreat Schedule Page.

And for all First Sphere auditors, there is still no charge. However, registration is required through option 1 or 3.

The importance of guidance
Competent guidance is necessary to verify the correctness of the practice. The student may be proceeding completely correctly, but how would she or he ever know without verification from a qualified instructor?
The practice of Ascension is very simple, but it is our old habit to complicate things or to add effort. Effortlessness and innocence is important. Conscious guidance exemplifies this simplicity. There are no “do’s and don’ts” in Ascension, but the more simple we are with Ascension, the more profound the effects.
Whatever the art we are practicing, it is always easier when guided by someone who has gone before us, someone who has mastered the art. Consciousness is no different. Refining our consciousness and our ability to choose for the Ascending current is an art that affects everything in our lives. To master the Art of Ascension is to master human life. There is simply no other art form that is more important and more profound.
As a reminder, we have an interactive bulletin board on our website (you can easily find it in the media lounge drop down menu from any screen, or as an icon on the home page). This is an excellent opportunity to share your questions about ascension or expansion of consciousness and receive guidance 24 hours a day.
